This is a perfect recipe from left over rice. <br /> <br />Boiled Rice <br />1 Cup Curd <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br />2-3 tbsp Oil <br />1 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />1 tbsp Mustard Seeds <br />15-16 Curry Leaves <br />3-4 Dry Red Chillies <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a bowl add boiled rice, curd, coriander leaves & salt. Mix well. <br />- For tempering heat some oil. <br />- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves & dry red chillies. Stir well. <br />- Add the tempering to the rice and mix well. <br />- Curd rice is ready to be served.
